Since it was a holiday weekend that might be the reason the cooking staff didn’t show up for breakfast. That was the only disappointment I have.

Hotel was very clean and the staff went above and beyond to tend to every need.

My stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! Demo was great during check in and greeted us with service and a smile. He made us feel welcome right away and even offered to bring extra linens up for the sofa bed, which was greatly appreciated.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Later, I took my kids to the swimming pool and they absolutely loved it. It was the perfect size for smaller children to enjoy safely.
Teno was also incredibly helpful and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. He kindly offered towels for the kids to use afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The next morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Kenyon and Allison. They were both equally amazing. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
Excellent customer service truly makes a difference, and this team exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Everyone there was very accommodating and friendly. Everything was clean and smelled it. Our electricity went out in the late afternoon, and the staff were very good about informing us on updates. When we arrived back after dinner it was back on. We will definitely stay at another Courtyard.
