Loved the air conditioner. It was running and the room was cool before I even walked in the room.

Air conditioning was key as we stayed during a heat wave. We appreciated being close to the train station and Bahnhofstrasse. Laundry service (additional cost) was a nice amenity. Staff are available 24 hours, friendly, and helpful.

Close to Zurich HB. The room was very comfortable especially the beds. The staff were not that friendly but answered all our questions.
