Great location. Close to train station and bus stops.
Very clean and comfortable beds. However the furnishings are a bit tired. But it’s great value for money.

The room had everything we needed: light breakfast included, great view of Hyde Park, very comfortable, great location and helpful staff. The only criticism is the squeezy bottle for soap and shower gel was difficult to dispense - needed gym workout muscles to use.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was outstanding and extremely helpful with advice on how to get around and other transportation needs. The room had everything you needed - nothing over-fancy, but great. Very comfortable beds. We got a complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony and farther away from traffic noise. We enjoyed everything.
