The staff was very friendly

It was a comfortable hotel for our long journey. We did not stay long or wake up early enough to have the complimentary breakfast. We did use the laundry room which got the job done. The room was decent, nothing to brag about but not below any standards whatsoever. Definitely needed repairs throughout the building but it did not stop us from having a comfortable nights sleep.

Very clean with good location for Akron or Cuyahoga National Park. Will stay here again if I am in the area.

For the pool to be a indoor pool and July, it was super cold. Other than that no complaints. The night manager was amazing.
