We had a windows that was open in our room upon checking and couldn't close after trying to close it. We ask to change room, the staff said all windows are the same, they cannot close. It was evident he did not want to assist with changing rooms.
He proceeded to tell us how safe the neighborhood was and we just had to put down the blind for privacy and safety.
