Everything good, except for the stairs. There is no elevator, so consider this if luggage is heavy.

It’s a really great place. I chose it because of the proximity to Nassau street where we were catching a tour on the last morning. While it’s a great place I won’t have chosen it because of price. The rate doubled on the weekend and normally be more than I am willing to pay.

Enjoyed our stay. Very conveniently located, quiet street and easy to walk all over Dublin. Our room was lovely. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. One caution is that that are no lifts/elevators and our room was on the top floor. Quite a hike up after with our bags and after a day of walking.
