Excellent hotel with a very attentive and courteous staff. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wonderful selection of traditional French specialties. A special mention to the lady serving breakfast, who was always welcoming, friendly, and made every morning even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent, allowing you to explore most of the city on foot. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby, making it a perfect base for discovering Paris. I love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times—the staff is generally amazing, and I will definitely be back! However, there are a few minor areas for improvement: Lobby Odor: There is occasionally a very strong, unpleasant odor near the reception desk that can be quite overwhelming. Elevator Size: The elevator is extremely small and really only fits two people without luggage. Fortunately, the helpful staff offers to bring your bags up for you, or you can send luggage up in a separate trip. In-Room TV: The personalized greeting on the room TV screen does not update to display the current guest's name. Breakfast Service: While the shorter Indian staff member at breakfast is a delight, another member of the morning team who is tall and black could work on being more welcoming. The showers feature the typical half-glass design, which allows water to splash everywhere, and the hand-held wand attachment is awkwardly short, making for an uncomfortable shower experience. Overall, it's a great property, and addressing these small details would make the experience even better!
