Element by Marriott Jacksonville Beach

Loved our room. Quiet and peaceful! Just what we needed. Property is newer with nice new amenities like fitness room, and front lobby. Very comfortable bed and shade made the room perfectly dark for us to sleep in. 5 minute walk to the beach n. Highly recommend!

Just the pool had a lot of gnats surrounding it

There really isn’t anything negative to say about Element or it it’s staff. As a matter of fact, even giving a neutral or status quo comment would be an injustice. Right from the beginning, the staff showed how competent, friendly, and professional they are when I called to let them know that I would be arriving extremely late. Not only did they not cancel the reservation as would have been completely in their right to pet policy, they were completely understanding and reassuring. Jaime and Corey are exactly what hospitality should be. They reflect the principles and values of the industry and regardless of what I asked for, they were responsive and accommodating. I had to extend my reservation and they not only had absolutely no problem keeping me in the same incredible room, they also made sure there was no increase in my rate. I travel for business all the time and stay in some of the nicest hotels in the industry, Element is right there at the top. I wouldn’t even look anywhere else, regardless of how upscale or nice another hotel may or may not be, as long as I’m coming to Jacksonville, I’m staying at Element. Thank you guys.

Lets start with staff!! Ms. Daphne is what I call a stellar, top tier employee!! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was welcomed and greeted with a smile and an energy that et me know I chose the right hotel! She was knowledgable about the hotel, and the area and was accommodating with every request! KEEP HER, She is the first and number one reason that whenever I return to Jacksonville, I will stay here at Element by Marriot!! The room was immaculate! Lobby, elevators hallway and THE ROOM!!! Whew! I LOVED LOVED LOVED my room/suite Breakfast was dee-lish-shuss!!!! Shout out to the staff that prepared and displayed to food items! I did not have a vehicle but it was uber friendly, easy peezy, I was minutes from the ocean and the view from my bedroom gave me the grace to wake up to a sunrise and ocean view! The area surrounding made it easy to get anything you may have needed. Overall the location the accommodations and of Ms. Daphne made this property THE GO TO place to stay in Jacksonville and I will spread the word!! Touche' Planning my return NOW!! LOL Tondra K. Frisby
