Welcoming helpful staff. Relaxing and suitable for longer stays. Loved the sauna. Towels don’t smell. Good location, very close to station.

Wonderful stay! I loved the free breakfast, and evening DIY cocktail/drink bar! The hotel was cozy & clean, in a very convenient location, and the staff were great.

There is no in room safe or microwave. The room is kind of small with a VERY small table.

We had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel Akabane. After a ridiculous 22-hour delay to our incoming flight, the staff were incredibly accommodating to ensure we were able to check in after normal hours. The hotel is right next to Akabane Station which made trips a breeze. And the hot springs at the hotel is incredible. We'll definitely be staying there again!
