We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Residhome Nice Promenade and would happily stay again. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the beach, restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore Nice and the surrounding areas.
Our apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was particularly useful, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after busy days sightseeing.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to assist with any questions. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being so close to the waterfront and city attractions.
Overall, Residhome Nice Promenade offered great value, a fantastic location, and a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice and would gladly return on a future trip.

Great place to stay in Nice around a 30 mins walk to the old town. Shops, cafes and bars are closer along a few main roads from the hotel. Lots of choice! Room nice and clean, basic but everything needed for a weeks stay and air con was much needed! Bonus balcony and basic kitchen cleaning products.
Reception team friendly and speak good English and very helpful.
Would stay here again.
