The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast had enough variety for anyone if there was any problems hotel staff were immediately available to correct it. Didn't use laundry but view from our window was very scenic, basically a very pleasant stay in Kalispell

We had a wonderful stay with excellent staff and a spotless, well-kept room. We only encountered two minor issues: the vanity basin outside the bathroom drained quite slowly, and there were some cosmetic scratch marks near the door lock. However, the lock still functioned perfectly, and this was likely just an isolated issue specific to our room. Breakfast was very good too!

Stayed in a very nice room on the ground floor. The staff was very nice and made sure a room was clean and ready when we got there as I had eye surgery that morning and needed to lay down as soon as possible.
