The Four Seasons provided an exceptional experience. The staff, including the housekeeping and front desk personnel, were attentive, courteous, and welcoming. The dining experience at their Nile boat was delightful, with delectable cuisine that I frequently enjoyed. Ahmed, along with another gentleman and a young woman who I believe was the host, provided exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and would rate the entire experience a perfect 10 out of 10.

Very nice hotel with beautiful accommodations and friendly staff. We booked a room for two adults and two children that was advertised as accommodating four guests. However, the room had two twin beds that were quite small and realistically could not comfortably accommodate four people, especially if your children are older.
The hotel did provide us with one rollaway bed, which was very helpful and appreciated. Just be aware that although the room is listed for four guests, the bed setup may not be suitable for a family with older children.
Besides the bed situation, the hotel is beautiful and the staff was very kind and helpful.
