What an amazing hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was large, and very clean, but the real star of the show is the stunning castle itself. There are so many areas to explore. Sitting rooms, the chapel, a pool table room, and the outside pool area is from a fairytale. It’s like going back in time. We felt like royalty. 100% recommended.

Brilliant place, better than its rating
It's lower reviews seem to be because of the restaurant, we don't eat dinner there but the breakfast was excellent
Will return and recommend to others

Excellent customer service, fast check in. The staff took good care of us. However the room ac wasn’t working; they were so accommodating by sending breakfast to our room as well as by giving us late check out. The restaurant’s food was amazingly good and the waiter was so on point with his great service. Thank you for making the difference if it wasn’t for the staff it would be a different experience.
