Room was larger than other hotels we have stayed in Japan, 17th floor had great view. Staff was always more than helpful. We only ate breakfast twice but was typical Japanese, moderation and presentation yet more then you could eat at a breakfast bar.
Big plus is the nearness to the train station, it’s a easy way to get around and takes a little bit of getting used to which line to use, local which stops at every station is one to be avoided if traveling long distances. Everyone was always more then helpful if we needed directions ( except one guy in the restaurant area outside the train station ( real tool)
Definitely would stay here again

Super convenient location, only one minutes from Kanayama station which directly connected to 2 major trains (JR and Meitetsu) and subway. Room was clean and good size but occasionally smelled sewer from the bathtub drain. We stayed about 10 nights, breakfast was almost the same everyday and got really tired of it soon. Luckily couple of convenient stores and many restaurants are nearby and we used them to get meals and snacks. Laundromat and AEON are within 5 minutes walk.

It is located right next to Kanayama station, so it was very convenient to get there from the airport. Hotel room was very clean, and the staffs were friendly.
