Are family are fans of Hampton Inn/Hampton Inn and Suites. They are our first go to choice of hotel when traveling/business. We have a Hampton standard that we use to grade not only Hampton but also non-Hampton accomodations. Even a Hampton can occasionally fall below the Hampton stand we have set - it is rare but it does occasionally happen. I am pleased to report that this Hampton Inn met the high standard. If a Hampton fails in our grading system it is usually due to two factors - 1) Parking and 2) Questionable branding. The parking an extra charge and not having direct access to your vehicle. The branding is the charm of a Hampton property that is what one comes to expect. This particular Hampton had
excellent parking with no extra fees. This Hampton had the Hampton charm that we expect in the brand.
Beyond this, the pool, whirlpool, children's pool, exercise room, ice machines, coffee, landscaping, cleaniness, courtesy - all wonderful. Anything negative? One set of evevators can make for longer waits. That's it, and it was no big deal. Three floors and stairs are always an option. Loved the location; turn left to Prescott, turn right to Prescott Valley. In and Out, Walmart, Costco out of sight but no further than a few minutes away. Clean and inviting.
