Great staff, big rooms, overall good experience. The food was ok, the main issue was the overcrowded restaurant, not enough tables for the amount of the guests. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

perfect!!!
We arrived for three nights and following a surprising stay, we decided to change plans and stay 2 more nights!!!
And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request.
We were on the all inclusive plan, and it was just perfect! The food was delicious and hot with a large selection of salads, soups, different meats, etc., the chef is always there and always in a position to serve the guests, a big thank you to the chef for the dedicated service! The waiters always smile and give good and efficient service.
The reception service at the hotel is always available, attentive and creative for any question and request. Just a perfect hotel, we will come again and recommend to everyone at every opportunity!

Great hotel and facilities! Friendly and helpful staff, shout out for Sylvia (customer /guest relationship manager), front office manager (reception) , gentleman covering parking, restaurant staff and all their colleagues! Amazing management team as well! Definitely will come back here! 👏👏👏
