I needed help with sending my luggage to Osaka but it was my first time using the luggage service. I really appreciate the help from the staff as they took an extra step to call the next hotel I was staying at to make sure that my reservation is confirmed so that my luggage will arrive to the right place.

The room was extremely clean and well organized. I appreciated the window that could open slightly for fresh air. The staff were extremely attentive and very friendly. Enjoyed my stay here.

The location of this hotel is good, around a 7 minute walk from Nagoya station, and 5 minute walk from Max Valu supermarket, very convenient. On the street corner there is one 7-11 convenience store. The room is clean, quiet, comfortable, and no weird smell, even though it's not really spacious, but just typical size you'll get among most hotels in Japan, Hotel staff was nice and approachable. Overall we had a lovely stay in this hotel, it is indeed perfect for city tour, and in terms value.
