Cleanliness was very good. The free Breakfast was also very good... enough options and a bonus. Excellent location!
Little things...the bathroom mirror frame had some "paint missing" areas ... that's an easy fix, so why not do it! :) Also, most old hotels/motels near the ocean have a lingering musty smell...I wish they could figure out a way to diffuse it or eliminate it!
Great place for the price.

Decent room. Good location. Decent breakfast spread. The window coverings are ugly and atrocious. There was also a stain on one of the window coverings. It’s great that they wash their towels with bleach. But everything very obviously smells like bleach

Oh, Geez. It's California. You walk into the room and the floor is red tile. The far wall is glass panes with thin metal framing right out of some kind of period correct thirties dream, because they are really that. You should stay there and write your own west coast Noir.
