Hello,
Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but you should now that, when we checked in on the afternoon of Sunday, June 7 (perhaps you can identify him with that information) the young man (with the neatly trimmed beard--more identifying info.) in charge of the reception desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. Maybe you should put him on your management track.

Room: very clean, and smelled nice!
Staff: were excellent and very accommodating.
Breakfast: unable to rate, as we did not partake in the breakfast. Woke up too late unfortunately.
Parking: Always available and safe.
