The room was clean, bed was super comfy and staff was friendly. They offered tea, coffee and water downstairs. They helped us book a tour around the Ponto Delgado last minute! Super convenient location downtown near shopping, restaurants and pier. Breakfast had a cute set up, numbering your tables and changing them daily so you sit in different spots. They had homemade yogurts that amazing! And great selection of foods. And the music set a wonderful tone for breakfast. Will be returning to this hotel in future

Fabulous location near center of Ponta Delgada. Facility beautifully captured modern amenities with traditional Azores architecture. Our family of 5 were comfortable and would stay here again. Staff were fantastic in making us feel welcomed.
