The cutest hotel in the perfect spot. This is our second time staying here and we love it.

This is a very nice property close to the beach. The staff were all polite, helpful if necessary, and friendly. The balconies off every room are very nice. My only thought is more tables and umbrellas at the pool would be nice, and the WiFi needs upgraded - a lot.

This was an adult mother daughter trip. We stayed in the Summer building with river view. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The pool is heated so a swim on a bonus Summer day in October was refreshing. The location alone is 5 star! Within walking distance of several bars, restaurants and theaters. The Trolley stop is close by so hopping on for a ride to Footbridge Beach and Perkins Cove is a must. Special Thank you to Tiffany for all her help.
