Naxos Finest Hotel & Villas

Location of the hotel was close to the port and the town as well as close to the beach but not walkable. On a busy road so it was noisy.

The villa was very comfortable and the staff was so wonderful! Very easy to get around with the bus line having a pick up and drop off right in front of the hotel.

For starters the manager Sofia is a gem. She provided up with an excellent set of suggestions as to how to spend our two days exploring Naxos. Second, the location just south of Naxos Town is quite convenient yet outside the congestion and noise of town. The rooms are spacious, modern and quite comfortable - easily fits a family of two adults and two children. Nice pool. Nice hot tub and individual patio. Nice breakfast. Good spot for sunset cocktails. Only issue during our short stay was we hit a moment when the house flies were abundant. Rooms could each use a fly swatter. You will enjoy!

Beautiful villa and nice private pool. However, when we arrived the room was not cleaned well. It looked like someone just changed the sheets and towels and swept the floors and left. There were cob webs and spiders in every corner of the common area and flys everywhere in the room.they tried saying the fly’s were normal in Greece and asked if I had ever been before. I told her we’ve been here for a month and have never had anything like this issue anywhere else, she didn’t know what to say after that. It looked like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in months judging by the build up of dust and webs. Also, there was still old bread in the George Forman grill that was never cleaned. When I asked reception to have the room cleaned while we were out she apologized and said someone would come right away. It was still early in the day so housekeeping was still there, we saw them, but no one came until the next day in the afternoon. Also no hot water for our entire stay. I asked them to fix it and it never happened. The girl tried to convince me that the slightly less cold water was normal hot water. The shower was cold. If I had not paid as much as I did for this place I wouldn’t have cared about the issues because the villa was very nice and the pool was great. But the cleaning staff and room and property maintenance are not very good at all. One good thing was the dinner recommendation the reception girl gave us. She was nice, but they don’t take care of any issues here.
