Great location, very helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great in the heat wave. Would definitely stay there again.

The lobby looks shabby but once you pass it and get to the room and nice bathroom, you'll feel way better. My bedroom did not have a good view but didn't miss it. The hotel is excellently located, near bus stops, steps from Plaza Espana, Palacio Real, near Deboh Temple, Gran Via...really liked the location!

The entrance is grand and full of character. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
We do wish there were a few channels in English, however.
