Arc la Rambla

We were supposed to have breakfast included but is was not and we had to pay extra. We also ended up with a non-balcony room at no adjustment in the price. Sonia was very helpful but not there at check out or when we discovered the problem with breakfast.

Great location and super-nice staff, but there was a *terrible* smell in our room that no amount of air freshener would fix. We notified the staff about it, but having searched some prior reviews, I think it's an issues that's larger than just our room. Other than that, wonderful hotel!

Room was clean and AC was good and a had a balcony and could put a chair on it. Negatives were the construction on las ramblas so very loud and dusty with window open so had to keep it closed. Staff was very nice and amenity tables to do work on ground floor with many plugs was helpful. There was also an ice and water refill station. The pillows were too thick for me though they were memory foam too firm. Other thank that location was great central to everything and easy to walk to Jaume metro

The staff was amazing. Helped me store my luggage while I explored the city. Location was perfect on La Rambla. Had a great room and the bathroom had a soaking tub which was perfect after a long day of walking. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Will stay here again if ever in Barcelona.
