Very clean and friendly staff. Helped us figure out how to take the train to Munich.

Room was basic but clean, staff were very helpful. Sometimes had a long wait at the front desk since they only had one person covering the desk and the bar. The gym was not really a gym but just a couple machines in the lobby. They also only provided a single pillow/blanket/towel which was not ideal.

The hotel is located in a business/industrial park 5-7 mins walk from the Riem S Bahn station. It was clean, quiet (except some slight noise early morning from nearby industrial complex depends if you are facing). Everythings works in the hotel, beds are comfy, the only complaint is despite that’s a cutlery tray but no actual utensil, didn’t try the breakfast but it looks decent. No coffee in the room but we get it from the lobby machine. There’s a semi transparent glass between the bed and bathroom, so if u want absolute privacy this maybe an issue
