Very clean, newly renovated, yummy breakfast, great efficient staff and good facilities. The bed was a little firm but I am used to soft bed so other than that it was an excellent stay

The hotel is at superb location, very close to the Okayama Station. Th room is clean and like newly renovated. Check-in and check-out are self-service but the staff are there beside you to offer assistance.

There is a machine used for check-in, so the process was very fast and easy. The hotel is a walkable distance from Okayama station and near the shopping street. The room was clean and there were amenities. The only issue was noise from the other guests could be heard from within the room, but it was okay with earplugs. Overall I enjoyed staying here.
