Nice hotel with good breakfast

Staff were very friendly. Hotel is convenient for the station, but a reasonable walk to Matsue Castle. Breakfast was geared towards Japanese guests, but it was free so no complaints! Room was a little dated compared to some other Japanese business hotels, but it was very clean.

Great hotel with limited budget

I made my reservation 2 months in advance. It would have been good if i was informed that the hotel was under construction. When we got there, i asked the desk to change the location to our room because of street traffic. However, the desk clerk would even consider it. The breakfast area is small and they line up the tables like a classroom. The breakfast was just ok. Thankfully, the room was clean and we loved the fact that it's really close to the JR station.

"For only one night, the staff here were friendly and accommodating. They made check in’s and check out’s easy and quick. The room was in a good location next to the elevator and the walk to the train ..."
