We checked in at Serela Hotel very last minute and there was no Standard room left, the receptionist, Giant upgraded us to Deluxe room instead. He was really helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and tidy. The location is good as it is opposite shopping mall and only about 15 mins from the airport. It is definitelu value for money.

"Location is at the heart of a busy street, a bad trafic and hard to get away from the area (which could be the case everywhere in Bali)"
