All staff in all situations were fantastic, especially Sergei in the restaurant. Room was always clean with ample water refills.
Location is very convenient to train station, ports for the lake and old town.
Overall a great hotel choice

Room was very clean, perfect location close to train station but the room size was small and tight.

The price is high for the actual room, it does not feel like a 5 star hotel. what you are paying for is the location.
