We had a wonderful stay! The area is perfect, the room is beautiful and the cafe in building was delicious

It was mentioned we add a kitchenette but honestly the pan was so small and with no fan (with a mention that if the fire alarm goes off the firemen cost 2,500 euros) that we barely used it. No broom like with other hotels we visited. No communication about check in neither from Expedia or Numa which delayed our arrival.
It wasn’t clear when I booked that there were no reception and using an app is not ideal.
