We greatly enjoyed staying here. Everything was excellent: the room, the food, the staff, the onsen. Staff were particularly helpful, providing information about visiting potters and taking care of sending our luggage. Hagi was a lovely city with much to see and do. And the sakura were in full bloom everywhere!

Beautifully curated breakfast and dinner menu. It is worth it to get the meal package. Genuinely traditional in every way from tge service to the elegant menu.

Five stars are not enough to describe the experience that we had in this ryokan. It is peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable. The meals are exquisite. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
