Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chattanooga (East Ridge) by IHG

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was good. Hot brewed coffee available 24/7. Our granddaughter lived the pool

Clean, super nice staff and everything overall was awesome

The room was Big with 2 beds and closet and drawer space .We had NO outside view when you open the window all you saw was a roof top right there in your face. The room was cleaned daily the bathroom was big but the shower could either use a cleaner to get the rust off or some paint to cover up the area where you put put your bathroom products the tub itself was very clean. Not a big deal but to make it look cleaner and tidy . The staff was Awesome we had some great laughs. The breakfast was Great they also have a Grab and Go if you don't want to stay for a full breakfast Apples, Oranges Bottle Water ,Yogurt Ect.. The have pancakes instead of waffles which I loved you just pushed a button and chose 1 or 2 pancakes and you can watch them cook thur a little glass window Kinda like a Easy-Bake oven . Easy to get on and off the Freeway Restaurants within walking distance The area was nice and felt safe. I would stay here again but I would asked for a different room because of No outside view They have a inside pool we didn't use it but it looked well maintained and clean. The hotel was quite and clean. Parking was great once the back of the lot was open .The hotel must have been doing some repairing on the parking lot Over all a very nice stay

My daughter's were traveling to Florida and their first hotel was a dump, I used my Hotels.com app and found them this hotel, at first they couldn't find reservation, but eventually found it and upgraded them
