My daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Reef Yacht Club & Resort in Grand Bahama. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The resort was easy to find, the grounds and rooms were very clean, and the entire team was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, we all slept so well each night. The resort had a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and enjoy our vacation.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Ocean Reef Resort to anyone visiting Grand Bahama. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

The location is definitely one to enjoy being on a marina and it is truly family friendly with its playground availability.
A few things to note, the rooms are mature and in need a renovation. They make you well aware that there is a surcharge for WiFi (realistically, who wants to pay for that in this day and age) so it creates an even deeper and intentional quality time with family.
A great thing- our flight arrived around 7:30am and while check in wasn’t until 4:00pm, they graciously accommodated us since our room was ready.
Be cautious, naturally, with the stairwell if you have younger children.
I enjoyed the club house. The food was decent, the staff was amazing, especially William the bartender, and the service was great.
Check out was easy, however, on a Sunday, the front desk doesn’t open until 10am and that’s the check out time. It felt a little annoying having to wait for that.
Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful, the experience was nice but the place is in need of upgrades.
