Clean room, Excellent breakfast, Helpful staff
Ordered a cab to the airport the prior evening
and it was ready first thing in the morning.
The evening before I arrived I requested train pick up shuttle which is advertised as an option with a charge and a rude woman at the front desk kept saying I can't help you and after I called back twice she hung up on me

The breakfast buffet was really good and the staff was excellent. The location is very convenient and very close to the Duomo and shopping areas. The first room we got was ok but did not have ant air condition and Milan was quite warm when we arrived, so they told us to just open the windows. We didn’t sleep very well because of all the noise outside especially the construction that was going on right across from our window. It was a very hard four nights we had in our room.
