Not the best but definitely not the worst

The facility was clean, quiet and staff was thoughtful. They also were considerate to let me check in an hour early. I enjoyed my stay.
One thing that might need looking at is the hot tub timer did not shut off automatically. I had to manually turn the knob to off.

Clean room

I had an issue with check in on their end. The property does not have elevators. Also the room I stayed in was very unmaintained. The bathroom ceiling had rust and mold spots, the window screen was torn open, the tv remote didn't work, there was dirty and something on the walls, the lamps were very dusty, and the bathroom vent didn't work.
