We enjoyed our stay here! Because our trip to Florence was short, we picked this based on cleanliness and location. It was both clean and so convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room did the trick! If I stayed longer I would have chosen a room with more bells and whistles, but we didn’t need that, and had a nice stay. I recommend this hotel for a nice simple stay!

Room was very clean. Staff was pleasant
The location was great close to everything. We thought it would be noisy since so close to the Cathedral but it was not at all. We could see the cathedral from our window. We did not have breakfast at the hotel
