Clean rooms nice staff

We really enjoyed using this hotel to explore the vibes of Malasaña and Chueca, with Gran Bia just steps away. The decor is very stylish and full of gravitas. Everything, including the bedding and bathroom, felt luxurious. They were extremely helpful with storing my husband’s medicines while we traveled for a few days.
The only problem was that from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. there was extremely loud construction noise from the property next door. The hotel did not prepare us for this and nor did they provide simple ear buds to help out. Also, they charged for coffee in the room. Both these things were surprising. Most of the staff were polite and helpful.

Amazing brand new and stylish hotel located just steps away from Chueca and Gran Via, and a metro station. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!
