We all loved the breakfast. They went out of their way to help me being Gluten Free and having the Translator app helped to read ingredients too. The room had air con that struggled but was better than nothing as we were there in a heatwave 41°. All the staff we're lovely, location perfect for the EuroStar and for coming via train from the airport as well. We would definitely go back again.

Clean room, fantastic view. The windows double glassed so very well soundproofed despite opposite the station with a lot of traffic.

Excellent location and great room! I don’t like leaving my key at front desk every time I left but no choice. Very quiet and SUPER comfortable bed. Whoever designed the shower with the half wall is an idiot. Water sprays all over bathroom. Need a shower curtain option.
