I really liked how clear the directions were to to the hotel from the train station. The front desk staff was really friendly and kind upon our arrival. While waiting for our room, they provided cold water and a place to change/store our luggage. We were even able to get into our room early!
The room itself was tasteful, comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent and the amenities were great (bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious, there was plenty of room to store our things etc.)
I found Hotel Adler online and wasn't sure how it would turn out...I would give this hotel 10/10 rating for it's charm, location and comfort. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel in the middle of Old Town Zürich. The room and bed was comfortable and A/C was nice in the heat of summer. The hotel was a bit noisy but still very lovely. They also offer a lounge with free bottled water and soft drinks, which was really nice.
