The room was a very good size, clean, and affordable. It's also just a short drive to the Inner Harbor area, which made the location convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
The biggest downside was the parking. Even though I was given a parking pass, the lot was full and I still had to park on the curb, which was frustrating.
The hotel itself is a bit dated in some areas, but that's to be expected and it didn't affect my stay.
My biggest disappointment wasn't actually the hotel—it was Expedia. I booked through Expedia and used the directions button in the app, which took me to the wrong hotel about 15 minutes away. Thankfully I arrived early enough that it didn't cause me to miss my concert, but it's something to be aware of if you're booking through Expedia.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, BWI North for less than 6 hours. Our flight arrived late and the shuttle service picked us up at the airport after a short wait. We checked in after midnight and the young lady on duty ( Janyna ) was a breath of fresh air, she greeted us with a smile and helped us find something to eat. The hotel room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We signed up for the 6:15 am shuttle back to the airport Saturday morning. Janyna was still there and greeted us once again with a smile, sent us off with some yogurt on the on-time shuttle. I would recommend this hotel if staying in the area. It's close to the airport and the price was also very reasonable.
