Elevator was not working. The smoke detector in our room was chirping and they had us switch rooms. The next day they made us switch back. We didn't care for the bathroom set up. The sink and mirror were inside the bedroom so it disturbed the person still in bed if one of us wanted to get up earlier. The sink had no counter space and the floor around the sink tended to get wet. The location was excellent and the staff was very pleasant. The light breakfast was adequate. Probably would look to stay elsewhere next time.

Perfect location by the port - yes you need to walk or take funicar to the top if you want but all of old port Quebec is within walking distance and clean rooms
Now elevator was broken when we arrived Moses at front desk helped carry bags to the 4th floor and was so wonderful! After we reached out regarding the elevator and our concerns being so up they made it right and took care of us
This will ensure we will be back

I booked on Hotel.com paid the same amount as our traveling friends
They booked directly on the hotel's website, they got a bigger & better room & free breakfast included for entire stay
I complained at the front desk
They finally gave me free breakfast for one day, no change on the room
Hotel said they changed policy for 2026 & no longer include free extras for third party bookings like Hotels.com, Expedia, etc
Even though room prices are the same on their website
