Clean room, comfy bed, however parking is an issue if you have a big car. Management was supportive when asked for a different park which was great.

Comfortable, clean room with usual motel facilities.
Bed was good and we didn't hear any road noise.
It's a few blocks walk to reach town centre where pubs and eateries are.
