Room was very nice, layout well thought out, clean, very comfortable, bright, and airy. Appeared to be newly renovated. Staff were friendly.
The only negative was that the pool was not open yet. We would happily stay here again next year.

For a budget motel this one exceeded expectations. Room was clean, full complement of towels, tv, wifi, etc. great breakfast place half-mile down rt 6A. Staff friendly.
Small outside sitting area overlooking small duck pond, at least from my unit.
In our "you get what you pay for" world, i think i got a bit more this time. Low budget but well done
