Friendly staffs, specially front desk, Axel was a great support during my stay, helping to visit Mexico city.

Only stayed for one night, but it was a nice experience. They were undergoing some construction/improvements throughout the property, which is why I think it was a bit dusty. Everything else was nice and the staff was very helpful and lovely.
