Everything in this hotel is excellent. Great experience. The staff, hotel location, best restaurants nearby, room service and the best breakfast. This is a must in Venice.

Staff are excellent and this gem if a hotel is out of the way, tucked in quiet backwaters but easy to get to line 1 vaporetto or boat to airport. This was my fifth visit and can't wait to stay again.
