Has lots of artsy character. Loved the live music. Excellent food! Super nice staff.

To me this was a unique building with an interesting history. There is an art gallery inside and works of art throughout the lobby etc. that is definitely worth viewing.
My bed was good. Some cobwebs on the pipes near the ceiling. Came with a little spider in the bathtub - was not an issue but for some maybe.
Note that there is no a/c in the room that I had. The hotel is right on the ocean so unless there is a major heatwave inland, no a/c would rarely be a problem for most people imo.

Clean spacious accommodations. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our brief stay.

We had an amazing experience. The staff was super helpful and friendly and we could not have had a better stay. Our accommodations were upgraded after they learned of our recent marriage. They went above and beyond. The jacuzzi room offered an amazing view and a balcony and we plan on returning for our anniversary. If you stay here just be aware that this is a very old building and one of the rooms we stayed in had a musty smell and a few sugar ants. But that was our only complaint.
