The rooms were clean and comfortable. We rested well for a late arrival. The only complaint I could give would be the $100 additional refundable fee demanded to check in due to using the Expedia App. I am a Holiday Inn Rewards customer. I don’t think that was necessary. To cancel the room and start over with a reservation at the counter meant I would not be allowed to stay. Again, doesn’t make good common sense. Especially if using Expedia was the problem. Despite Niels best efforts, that was not good cutomser service for this visit.

Stayed here for the Railbird festival and it was great! Plenty of great breakfast in the morning and a helpful staff. Greatly appreciated and recommended.
