I changed the booking and eventually got a refund for two nights. Then we left a night earlier again but received no refund for that night.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, there is also a wonderful gourmet restaurant called Deux Soeurs. We really liked the location which is about six minutes walk from the train into Flinders Street. We recommend this hotel and found it very good value for money.
