The best location in Crescent City. Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC didn't work/was broken and rooms not very insulated from noise (inside and out), but otherwise a very nice place to stay if you want to wander around the coast. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was very good.

Floor was not very clean. Upper floors have the best view. Situated on a very beautiful beach.
