An older building with some ongoing repairs. The room was comfortable. Easy access to buses. Gym is due for some improvements.

Doesn’t have a spa or gym - a bit dated interiors but otherwise as advertised

It was in a convenient location with plenty of food outlets in walking distance. Tun at front reception was very helpful. The hotel has everything you need but seems a little tired amd needs a refresh.
Indoor pool is convenient but for Canberra weather, could be a bit warmer.
If unit located on level one near Akuna Street, note you will hear the pedestrian crosswalk beeper all night.
Would stay again at this location, but perhaps a few levels higher
